Curry and beer, surely a match made in heaven?
Our chef is creating a range of traditional Indian dishes for you to try, and the star of the show will be our Full Circle goat meat from Otaranui Farm right here in Lyttelton. Otaranui goats and cows are fed on spent grains left over from our brewing process at Eruption. The goat meat and beef comes back to our restaurant to be included in our dishes, a full circle from Brewery to Paddock to Plate!
