Co-lab # 2 with Concept Brewing

Our latest co-lab project with Concept Brewing is just finished and ready for drinking. Timed perfectly for 4th July, this is a New England style IPA using Kviek yeast (Norwegian Term for yeast) together with Simcoe and Taiheke hops. Coming through is an unmistakable blast of pine and spicy orange citrus. We are calling it Pickling Juice, its available in our tap room from today and its sure to keep you well preserved for the upcoming winter blast! 6% ABV.
